This is my 3rd year/walk and I'm proud to re-dedicate my walk to my mother - Susie Liebert.
When she was abused, locked out of her home and life was turned upside down - the YWCA of Rock County was there for her.
She had a safe place to sleep. She had resources and help to find a new job, new place to live and the support she needed to get back on her feet.
Everyone of us could be a situation away from an awful life-altering event such as domestic abuse.
