The YWCA is an essential partner to all community agencies in Rock County. The work they do 365 days a year is critical to the safety and stability of domestic violence survivors and their children. Too often they are tasked with doing more with less. Please help me raise money to support their programs, so they can continue to offer these necessary services in Rock County.

I intend to walk (actually run) 100 miles between now and August 7th. I will donate $1 for each mile completed every week. You can help in the following ways:

- Join my team and start walking or running with me

- Give a one time donation

- Join me on August 7th for our final walk in HEELS

- Challenge yourself: Each week, I will share my progress and encourage you to set a similar goal or kindly match my weekly donation.

Just a small donation will go a long way to helping me meet my goal for YWCA Rock County. All efforts will have a direct affect on the lives of domestic violence survivors right here in Rock County.

All the money raised benefits the domestic violence programming at YWCA Rock County, ensuring victims have a safe place to turn, no matter what we are facing as a community.
